Stephanie has more than 15 years in executive search.  Beyond her experience recruiting finance professionals, she has played a key role in attracting talent and building teams across a variety of functions and industries. 

Prior to joining JamesDruryPartners, Stephanie was Vice President, Administration for VisaNow, Inc., the sole provider of online immigration processing for individuals and corporations.  She spent several years leading recruiting and employee relations for Citadel Investment Group, LLC where she recruited outstanding professionals across Information Technology, Operations, Quantitative Research and Trading.  Stephanie joined Citadel from the Heidrick & Struggles' Financial Services Practice.

Stephanie earned a JD from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College.

A native of Chicago, Stephanie enjoys politics, cooking, needlepointing, and hiking with her border terrier.
