With over 20 years of administrative and office management experience, Liz serves as the director of operations for our firm, and plays a key role in client relationship management, search coordination, communications and board director research.

For five years prior to joining us, Liz served as office manager for Gresham Partners, a privately-owned wealth management firm.  Prior to that, for eight years she worked at Bank of America in the leveraged finance and private equity business.  For five years after graduating college, Liz worked at Smith Barney in the public finance division. 

Liz graduated with a BS in Business Administration-Economics from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.  Liz and her husband, Chip, reside on Chicago's Gold Coast.  Liz is an accomplished pianist and violinist, and an optimistic Cubs fan.
