Kelly joined JamesDruryPartners with five years of executive search experience. Prior to joining James Drury Partners, Kelly provided contract services to Hewitt Associates where she completed assignments for C-Level talent for the consulting and outsourcing practices. Kelly previously served as a member of the CEO and Board Service Group at Russell Reynolds Associates and as a Search Assessment Manager at Korn/Ferry International. 

Kelly began her career with Holly Hunt Ltd., an international design firm, where she was responsible for advertising and public relations for the corporate headquarters in Chicago. She then joined Monar Consulting, a boutique Management Consulting firm, focusing on leadership assessment, training, and organizational development.

Kelly earned an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Psychology and a B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Kelly resides with her husband in Wilmette and enjoys cooking, yoga, and hiking.
