Kathryn joins the firm as an accomplished executive search consultant, having spent 20 years in retained recruiting, mostly in a firm she co-managed, both in Chicago and St. Louis.  She joined John Sibbald Associates in 1986, and while serving clients in every industry and functional area over an 18-year period, helped lead the firm to its preeminent position as the leader in the recruitment of executive managers to run private clubs and resorts worldwide.

While branching out of her specialty search process in 2005, Kathryn spent time as an Executive Vice President for another successful executive recruiting firm before being recruited herself to manage the recruiting/hiring division of a one of the country's most progressive and rapidly-growing design-build firms based in St. Louis.

A native of Michigan, Kathryn earned her BBA degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University, before moving to Chicago.  She has resided in St. Louis since 1996, and since then has served as a Board Member of the Old Newsboys Day Charity; as member of the Steering Committee of the Mayor's Annual Prayer Breakfast of St. Louis; and has held numerous leadership/chair positions with the Central Institute for the Deaf, the Boys & Girls Town of Missouri, and the Whitfield School.
