In addition to executive search activity, Catherine plays an active role in our board director recruitment practice, particularly in identifying viable director candidates who will enrich a board's diversity.  She also manages our firm's external communications program, and oversees our research analysis of the CEO leadership issues and board governance trends that are redefining American business. 

Prior to joining JamesDruryPartners, Catherine spent 17 years in the corporate world, and in higher education administration.  Most recently she worked for General American Management Inc., (a Sam Zell company), working as a research analyst in the Equity Residential Group, and Assistant to the President of the Central Region. 

Earlier, she served as a Director for Academic Affairs and Admissions for The University of Hartford Business School in Paris, and for The American University of Paris.

She lived in Europe for many years and earned a BA degree in French and Political Science, and a Masters in French Studies from the University of Illinois.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys traveling, reading, salsa dancing and volunteer work.
